How to split property in relationships involving three people (throuples, or polyamorous relationships) have recently been looked at by the High Court. The court found that the current law cannot help split property in these situations, but that doesn’t mean throuples are out of options. We encourage all people in relationships to find out what their property situation would be in the event of separation or death, and if the current law doesn’t work for you, we can prepare a Property Agreement.
